The selectable speed limiter lets you lock the top speed at 7 mph for beginners, then unlock the full 14 mph when they're ready for more. Heavy-duty welded steel tube frame, real twist-grip throttle, and the kind of presence that makes a kid feel like they're riding the real thing.
