How We Handle Your Information

What we collect

When you fill out our inquiry form, we ask for your name, phone number, email, and any message you'd like to send. That's it. We don't track you around the web, we don't use cookies for advertising, and we don't try to figure out who you are before you tell us yourself.

Why we collect it

For one reason only: so we can get back to you about a bike or scooter you're interested in. We use your phone number or email to reply. That's the entire purpose.

Who sees it

Three people total:

• Gary — owner of HadKins Rides
• Rachel — Sales Manager
• Cam — local operator who built and maintains the website

That's the full list. Your information is not visible to anyone else, anywhere.

What we never do

• We never sell your information to anyone. Ever.
• We never share it with third-party advertisers, marketing companies, or data brokers.
• We never add you to marketing lists you didn't ask to join.
• We never send you anything you didn't ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry as long as it's useful to the conversation we're having with you — usually until a sale closes or until enough time has passed that it's clearly not going anywhere. After that, we can delete it on request, or we'll let it age out as we clean up old leads.

If you'd like us to delete your information any time, just ask. Text Gary at the number below and it's done within a day.

Your information, your call

At any time, for any reason, you can:

• Ask us what information we have on file for you
• Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
• Ask us to delete everything we have

No questions asked. Just contact us using the info below.

How your data is protected

Your information lives in a secure database that's only accessible to the three people listed above, each through their own password-protected login. The website itself runs over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). We don't keep any sensitive information beyond what you provide on the form — no credit cards, no Social Security numbers, no anything else.

If anything changes

If we ever update this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. We'll never make changes that reduce your rights without telling you directly.
